Steve, a homeless man in Arkansas, has been rescuing stray dogs for fourteen years. He did not have anywhere to stay. He had no family and certainly no great means of livelihood. He is quite old and all he possesses is a bike with pedals. Yet, he cares enough for dogs to pick stray puppies and adult dogs whenever he comes across some helpless ones and provides them refuge in a makeshift shelter.
