Animal Aid Unlimited received an urgent call from their hotline that a pup was severely injured after being hit by a train. The rescuers wasted no time and came as soon as they can. Upon arriving on the scene, a woman led them to a place not far away from the train station.

The poop pup found a hole to hide in. this is where the woman led the rescuers. There, in the small hole filled with trash, lies the poor brown pup. One of his front legs was severely injured – you can actually see it was amputated and his paw was no longer attached. The white bone and flesh were showing, and the only reason why the poor dog is with his paw was that a small amount of skin was still attached.

He was not afraid of his rescuers, but rather in so much pain that when one man tried to lift him up, he started crying and whining. His whines and cries broke my heart, and when you get to see the video that is located at the end of the article, you too will cry for this poor soul.

But one thing was for sure, this little dog knew his angles have arrived. He kept wagging his tail while being transported to the clinic, as if telling the world I’m gonna be okay, and I’ll survive this! Such an amazing and courageous pup.

Upon arrival, they immediate prepared him for surgery. They had to amputate the stump, so he was sedated and given anesthesia. It was already infected, so they commenced with the surgery.

They name the brave little dog Spirit, and I believe it was because of obvious reasons. His unbelievable spirit, bravery, and innocence paved way for his recovery and being rescued. Just two weeks after being saved, Spirit was doing very well. He is happy, active and evidently contented even if he was missing a leg. That doesn’t stop him from living his life to the fullest, and all thanks to the kind people who called for help, and his rescuers of course.
