As human pals, it is important to ensure both man/woman and canines are safe and are living in harmony. This applies not only to dogs and humans but all other animals as well. As handlers, their main priority besides training their k9 buddies is to make sure proper handling and treatment are on order.

How can we expect our police authorities to care for us and keep us safe if they themselves can’t treat their partners the right way? For the last couple of years, there have already been many cases of police dogs who were neglected by their handlers.

Most are left to die in overheated police vehicles. Although unintentional, these caused grave consequences which could have been prevented if they are implementing proper measures. After all, prevention is way better than finding a cure, as sometimes it is too late to find one.
