Pomeranian Facts Every Pomeranian Fan And Future Owner Needs To Know

Track Your Dog At All Times - Do You Know Where Your Dog Is? We do.

Poms, like any other dog, can be dominant and aggressive if not trained. They tend to bark excessively, which can be a little bit annoying at times. They can be naughty as little kids, but with early and proper training, love and care, they’ll make great pets for the family.

Poms are indoor dogs who would thrive just fine in small living spaces. An average Poms weights about 1.9-3.5 kilograms and reaches the height of 20 centimeters. They are perfect for dog owners and lovers who live in apartments and small flats, thanks to their small build. They may be playful, but as they take only a small amount of space, you don’t need a very wide area to keep them active.

Poms’ lifespan is about 12-16 years or 84-112 doggy years. The oldest Pomeranian ever recorded is a Pom living in Florida, who was 21 years old.

Did you also know that Poms make great therapy dogs, thanks to their small and cuddly sizes and friendly nature? I’d love to have one if I could, but as of now, I’m very much happy with my dogs.
